I previously built NewSeat, an AI-powered recruiting chatbot designed to live on company websites. Vision was to make hiring more human & transparent by giving candidates immediate access to what normally takes weeks or months to learn: how an organization works, what roles actually look like, and whether there's real alignment. Through conversation, videos, role-play scenarios, assessments, & interactive experiences, professionals could explore a company on their own terms.

That failed, and I've since launched Terry Health, a Medicaid Documentation & Compliance AI assistant for I/DD providers. I'm building it to become a single, reliable place for Medicaid understanding, documentation, and compliance.

I also build small, focused "buy-once utility apps" in my free time, often as Chrome extensions. My most recent project, Melons, is a private, local-first tool that lets people annotate the internet where their attention already is; across websites, documents, and videos; without pulling them into another feed or platform.
